This site collects one thing: the enquiry you choose to send. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no profile built about you.
Who we are
Influential Moments is a photography studio working in San Diego and Okinawa. This policy covers the website at influentialmoments.com. You can reach us at[email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, your email address, and the details of the project you describe. Nothing else on this site asks you for information.
What happens to it
The form sends your enquiry straight to our email inbox so we can reply. It is not saved to a database, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is not shared or sold to anyone. It stays in our email for as long as we need it to work with you, and you can ask us to delete it at any point.
Spam protection
Before the form sends, it runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to confirm you are a person rather than a bot. That check shares your IP address with Cloudflare for the moment it takes to verify. Turnstile does not track you across websites and does not use your data for advertising.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps short-term server logs, which include IP addresses, to deliver pages and defend against attacks. We do not read those logs to identify visitors.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Nothing here follows you after you leave.
Links to Instagram
Some pages link to our Instagram. Once you follow one of those links you are on Instagram, and Meta's privacy policy applies there rather than this one.
Your rights
Email us and we will tell you what enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK, EU or California, you have these rights by law - but we will honour the request regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. When we photograph minors, we work through their parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change how enquiries are handled, we will update this page and the date below. Last updated August 19, 2026.
